I had a very tough time with the lender for my close, as we were juggling multiple grants to decrease closing costs and the total home price. The lender was at times unresponsive and inconsistent. On numerous occasions, Jenn advocated for me. She leveraged her knowledge to ensure that the lender acted according to industry standard, even arguing with this lender on the phone on my behalf.
